Red Bull Helicopter Tricks

Stonewall have Red Bull as a client and recently launched the Red Bull Big Wave Africa website along with the Red Bull Press Vault which is a local website listing articles and media on Red Bull events worldwide. The clip below shows some insane tricks performed by a helicopter during the Red Bull Helicopter Aerobatics:

 

SAAF Website goes live

After much hard work by George and I and a little bit of help towards the end from Richard and Louise, the new SAAF website went live. For those who experienced the previous website this one has breathed new life into the SAAF site. It has also saved the owner Dean Wingrin a lot of time with updates.

VW Touareg Add

Volkswagen personnel and bemused passers-by, the Touareg V10 TDI completed seven complete runs on the auxiliary runway at Dunsfold Aerodrome, 40 miles south west of London.

The vehicle was a standard production Touareg fitted with a special towing adaptor to connect it with the aircraft towing link and loaded with 4.3 tonnes of metal ballast to bring its total weight to just over seven tonnes (7,030 kg) including the driver, an engineer from the technical department at the company’s headquarters in Germany.

 

SAAF Website revamp coming along nicely…

About 4 years ago I approached Dean Wingrin, owner of www.saairforce.co.za, an unofficial website dedicated to our airforce. At that stage I couldn’t really offer much but…Then last year October I approached him again, this time with a CMS I had written and some really cool ideas. He went for it.
